Dr. Wang Xiaogang is a co-founder, Executive Director, Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President. He was appointed as a Director on October 10, 2016 and redesignated as an Executive Director on August 23, 2021. Dr. Wang is primarily responsible for the overall planning and management of the Group's research team. He joined the Department of Electronic Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong as an assistant professor in August 2009 and has served as a professor since August 2020. Since June 2019, he has served as chairman of the China Augmented Reality Core Technology Industry Alliance. Dr. Wang has published extensively in leading academic conferences and journals. According to Google Scholar, his publications have been cited more than 65,000 times, with an H-index of 120. He received the IEEE Computer Society PAMI Young Researcher Award in 2016 and the Early Career Award from the Research Grants Council of Hong Kong in 2012. From 2011 to 2017, he served as area chair for major international conferences including CVPR, ICCV and ECCV. Dr. Wang received his bachelor's degree in electronic engineering and information science from the Special Class for Gifted Young of the University of Science and Technology of China in July 2001, his MPhil degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in December 2003, and his PhD in computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in June 2009.

Dr. Lin Dahua joined the Company in November 2014 and is a co-founder, Executive Director, Chief Scientist and Executive Vice President. He is primarily responsible for the Group's technology roadmap and R&D planning in frontier fields including AI infrastructure and large models, and oversees The Chinese University of Hong Kong-SenseTime Joint Laboratory. Dr. Lin joined the Department of Information Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong as an assistant professor in August 2014 and has served as an associate professor since August 2020. Since April 2021, he has served as director of the CUHK Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Interdisciplinary Research. Since November 2021, he has also served as a leading scientist at Shanghai AI Laboratory. Since June 2023, he has served as chair of the IEEE working group on large model standards. From September 2012 to August 2014, he was a research assistant professor at Toyota Technological Institute at Chicago. Dr. Lin received his bachelor's degree in electronic engineering and information science from the University of Science and Technology of China in July 2004, his MPhil degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in July 2006, and his PhD in computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in July 2012.

Mr. Yang Fan is a co-founder and has served as Vice President since November 2014. He is primarily responsible for the Group's strategic planning and corporate development. Mr. Yang has served as an industry expert for the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since June 2020 and as vice chairman of the Strategic Cooperation and Development Committee of the Institute for AI International Governance at Tsinghua University since April 2021. Before joining the Group, he served as a research software development engineer at Microsoft (China) Co., Ltd. from July 2006 to November 2014. Mr. Yang received his bachelor's degree and master's degree in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University in July 2003 and July 2006 respectively.

Mr. Wang Zheng has served as Chief Financial Officer since May 2019 and is primarily responsible for the Group's overall financial planning and management. Before joining the Group, Mr. Wang worked at Silver Lake from May 2008 to December 2018, where his last position was Managing Director and Head of Greater China, focusing on private equity investment in technology and technology-enabled sectors. From May 2005 to April 2008, he worked at General Atlantic, where his last position was Vice President, focusing on private equity investment in technology, media, telecommunications and healthcare in North Asia. During his time at Silver Lake and General Atlantic, Mr. Wang served as director or board observer for several portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, he worked in the corporate finance practice at McKinsey & Company from October 2003 to May 2005, and as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Wang graduated summa cum laude from Yale University in May 2001 with bachelor's degrees in computer science and economics.
