SenseTime Develops National AI- Powered School Transportation Platform for Saudi Arabia; Supporting Safe, Intelligent, and Efficient Transportation for More Than 1.2 Million Students
SenseTime (0020.HK) today announced a partnership with Saudi Arabia’s national authority responsible for school transportation operations and management to develop a nationwide AI-powered digital platform for integrated school transportation management. Serving as a core digital infrastructure for student transportation, the platform will support more than 1.2 million students across Saudi Arabia and establish a fully integrated, end-to-end management system covering the entire school journey. By enhancing transportation operations, safety oversight, service coordination, and data management, the platform will provide critical digital infrastructure to support the modernization of Saudi Arabia’s education and public service sectors.
The project represents a major commercial engagement and is designed as a unified national digital infrastructure solution for student transportation. Powered by SenseTime's multimodal large models, big data capabilities, and AI agent technologies, the platform will integrate data across the transportation ecosystem, connecting students, vehicles, drivers, routes, and operational resources within a single intelligent framework. The platform will deliver a comprehensive suite of capabilities, including intelligent operations and dispatching, safety monitoring and alerts, multi-party coordination, national-scale platform management, and data-driven decision support.
