Sansiri – SKY ICT – SenseTime Signs MOU to Develop AI Products for Thailand’s Real Estate Market

[Bangkok, Thailand – December 23, 2019] SKY ICT Public Company Limited (“SKY ICT”) reinforces its leadership in smart security services by signing a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) today with SenseTime International Pte Ltd (“SenseTime”), a global artificial intelligence (“AI”) company, and Sansiri Public Company Limited (“Sansiri”), a leading real estate developer in Thailand. Under this MOU, the three parties will collaborate to introduce AI technologies and products that focus on property security, property services, and construction for Thailand’s real estate market.

Security, efficiency and comfort are a priority in the property management sector. By utilizing the AI Cloud technology powered by SenseTime, Sansiri will be able to acquire a set of smart building products over the cloud operated by SKY ICT to facilitate with the property and facility management. The cloud will be able to provide photo and video analysis, which will be beneficial for managing systems such as security, parking, command center and access control. These measures will significantly improve efficiency and optimize the cost involved for property management, all while providing a smarter, a more secure environment, and a better experience for residents.
