AI technology has been flourishing in recent years and AI talents are now highly sought-after in the world. As AI technology becomes more widely used in everyday life, it is essential for digital citizens to understand, master and apply AI in order to be future ready. On the one hand, a comprehensive curriculum for AI education becomes crucial to equipping students with AI and the related knowledge to tackle the challenges ahead. On the other hand, AI and big data can help teachers in teaching and assessment. Not only can technology facilitate curriculum development and increase learning and teaching efficiency, it also eases teachers’ burden from administration work.
