SenseTime Launches Facial Verification Smart Lock for Smart-Home Industry

On September 19, 2019, SenseTime unveiled its latest AI innovation “3D Facial Verification Smart Lock” during its product launch event in China. Embedded with SenseTime's facial verification algorithm and infrared 3D binoculars, the smart lock performs accurate face identification in any angle and even in dim-light condition for access control. Its liveness detection function can prevent fraudulent access via masks, photos, or other forms of mimicry. With this newly developed product, SenseTime is hoped to bring the smart-home industry with a more powerful and convenient access control option by giving a technological facelift to locks.
