ACE ROBOTICS to Open-Source Kairos 3.0 World Model and Unveil World-Leading Technologies and Products on December 18 SenseTime’s Wang Xiaogang Appointed as Chairman of ACE ROBOTICS

SHANGHAI (DECEMBER 4, 2025) -- ACE ROBOTICS, a pioneer in robotics and embodied AI, will unveil a series of word-leading technologies and products on December 18, and release Kairos 3.0, China’s first open-source world model already adopted in commercial applications. The company aims to collaborate with industry partners to build an autonomous, open, and cooperative innovation ecosystem. Wang Xiaogang, Co-founder and Executive Director of SenseTime, has taken up the role as Chairman of ACE ROBOTICS.

Accelerating commercial applications of embodied intelligence

 

ACE ROBOTICS will unveil the world’s first ACE Technology Paradigm, a full-stack architecture built on visual intelligence and integrating Ambient Capture + World Models + Embodied Foundation Models. Leading companies such as Tesla and Figure AI are already shifting from teleoperation to vision-driven data acquisition, and the ACE paradigm offers a new breakthrough beyond current approaches.

 

As one of the earliest teams to propose Ambient Capture, ACE ROBOTICS combines first-person and third-person viewpoints to build an efficient, high-quality data pipeline. This approach overcomes the limitations of traditional robot-collected data, which cannot support Large-scale sensory data collection in real-world embodied-AI settings, and offers the rich data foundation needed for model training.

 

Backed by deep technical expertise and accumulation, Kairos 3.0 will be fully open-sourced on December 18, becoming China’s first open-source world model already adopted in commercial products. Built on an integrated architecture for multimodal understanding, generation, and prediction, Kairos 3.0 outperforms mainstream domestic and global world models. It achieves breakthroughs in physical causal consistency and can generate 1080p high-definition video with multi-view, temporally aligned, long-horizon interactions. It also supports fine-grained, controllable scene generation and editing across dynamic and static environments.

 

Through an industry-leading platform and open APIs, ACE ROBOTICS will make the Kairos 3.0 toolchain accessible to enterprises across sectors, enabling rapid development of lightweight, customized embodied-AI products and accelerating ecosystem growth.

 

Kairos 3.0 has been adapted to multiple chip platforms and will integrate with leading cloud providers and application partners to ensure continuous upgrades, which will cement its position as a foundational technology for the embodied-AI industry.

 

ACE ROBOTICS will also debut its A1 Embodied Super Brain Module, powered by the world’s first pure-vision, map-free, end-to-end Vision-Language-Action (VLA) embodied model. Its breakthrough autonomous navigation capability removes reliance on pre-built maps and enables adaptation to complex, unfamiliar environments, giving robots new capabilities to “perceive their surroundings, reason about paths, avoid obstacles, and operate reliably across environments.”

 

Based on the A1 module, ACE ROBOTICS will form strategic partnerships with leading embodied-AI companies in China to rapidly deploy quadruped robots in industrial scenarios, while continuing to expand use cases and scale commercial deployments.
