ACE Robotics Completed Angel Round Financing
ACE Robotics has recently completed its angel round of financing. The round was led by Ant Group, with participation from Qiming Venture Partners, JinJing Capital, Hony Capital, Lenovo Capital, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University Mother Fund Hanyuan Asset. Existing shareholder SenseTime Guoxiang Capital also increased its investment.
The funds raised will be used to advance ACE Robotics’ “human-centered” ACE embodied full-stack R&D paradigm, accelerate environment-based data collection, drive the development of Kairos World Model 3.0, promote large-scale deployment of embodied super-brain modules, and actively expand into commercial scenarios such as energy, transportation, and cultural tourism.
Wang Xiaogang, Co-Founder and Executive Director of SenseTime and Chairman of ACE Robotics, stated: “We are grateful for the recognition from multiple investors. Embodied intelligence is a track with unlimited potential and rapid growth. ACE Robotics adheres to continuous technological innovation and deep understanding of embodied intelligence scenarios, working with industry partners to build an open and collaborative ecosystem. We aim to transform cutting-edge embodied intelligence technologies into new productive forces that drive industry progress, enabling every robot to have a ‘smart brain.’”
ACE Robotics brings together top-tier talent with both frontier technology expertise and industry practice, including rare AI scientists from Nanyang Technological University, the University of Hong Kong, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The company focuses on environment intelligence, world models, and embodied intelligence, with continuous innovation capabilities that will help ACE Robotics seize technological leadership.
In mid-December 2025, ACE Robotics officially released the industry’s first “human-centered” ACE embodied R&D paradigm, establishing a full-chain technical system of “environment-based data collection—Kairos World Model 3.0—embodied interaction,” bringing fundamental innovation to the industry. Within this paradigm, environment-based data collection enables tens of millions of hours of data annually, while Kairos World Model 3.0 amplifies the value of real-world data to achieve the effect of hundreds of millions of hours, potentially solving the “data scarcity” that has constrained the embodied intelligence industry.
Leveraging its pioneering environment-based data collection solutions, ACE Robotics is working with partners to advance data collection experimental field projects and build commercializable databases. Kairos World Model 3.0 is China’s first open-source and commercially deployed benchmark-level technology achievement, with performance comprehensively surpassing mainstream international world models. Through open APIs, toolchains, and leading product platforms, it enables the rapid emergence of lightweight and customized embodied intelligence products, fostering ecosystem development.
ACE Robotics has launched the embodied super-brain module A1, which flexibly adapts to different robot forms, allowing various robot dogs to “understand commands, navigate, and execute tasks.” The company has established strategic partnerships with multiple ecosystem partners, achieving deployment in diverse scenarios such as inspection and cultural tourism, and realizing scalable commercial operations.
With its innovative ACE R&D paradigm and leading technology products, ACE Robotics continues to form strategic collaborations with embodied manufacturers, hardware, chips, cloud services, and data providers, jointly building a fully controllable embodied intelligence ecosystem to provide a solid foundation for R&D and applications.
As the embodied intelligence industry enters a critical stage of large-scale deployment, ACE Robotics will further accelerate product commercialization and ecosystem expansion, working with strategic partners to amplify commercial scale and ecosystem value, injecting sustained momentum into industry prosperity.
